I have been in a wardrobe rut...
More specifically, I have not shown up looking (and therefore FEELING) very good about myself.
It is amazing what clothes and doing your hair/makeup does for our confidence and energy levels.
As many of you know, I lead fitness classes a few times per week. I also workout more days than not. And lastly, I work from my home office for much of my time. These are GREAT EXCUSES to stay in workout clothes, sweats, pajamas, or my onesie (onesies are heaven on a cold day).
I recently realized that this action (or lack of action) implies that getting cute isn't for me but it is for others. Am I not important enough to get dolled up? HECK YES I AM!
Starting today, I am committed to dressing for the person I want to be rather than the person I am.
